Zachary Cavanagh founded Golden Rule Litigation, P.C. to provide thoughtful, values-driven representation to both employees and employers navigating complex workplace disputes. A graduate of Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law, Zachary distinguished himself with certificates of excellence in negotiation and mediation. During law school, he competed internationally in negotiation and mediation competitions, where fellow competitors often remarked on his rare ability to advocate with both civility and unwavering commitment to his clients.
As a husband and father, Zachary brings a deep personal understanding of what’s at stake in every case. He believes that legal advocacy should reflect the same fairness and respect we seek in everyday life—principles that inspired the firm’s name.
